Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. If an item does not meet these requirements, we may refuse to process the return.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange an item for another. If you would like to receive a different colour, size or an entirely different item, we would like to advise you to place a new order and return the item that is not to your liking.

How can I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Are any items non-returnable?

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about sizing or customization options, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer. However, you may also deliver the item to our drop-off location in Maastricht if you don't want to use a third party service.
