Where are KYPATO products designed and made?

All KYPATO items are designed and crafted in our studio in Maastricht, the Netherlands, where local artisans bring our vision to life with quality and precision.

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

KYPATO offers you a safe shopping experience.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL (for Dutch customers), Bancontact (for Belgian customers)

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it within an hour, please check your spam folder or contact us. When your order has been shipped you will receive a second email confirmation containing the track-and-trace code.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can accommodate certain changes. Contact our support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How do I find the right size?

To find the right size please select the sizing guide on the product page. If unsure about your size please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does KYPATO ship to?

We currently ship across Europe and to select international locations. You’ll be able to see if your country is supported at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders of in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Customized or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all items to all customers in the EU

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor the progress and estimated arrival of your package.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. If an item does not meet these requirements, we may refuse to process the return.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange an item for another. If you would like to receive a different colour, size or an entirely different item, we would like to advise you to place a new order and return the item that is not to your liking.

How can I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Are any items non-returnable?

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about sizing or customization options, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer. However, you may also deliver the item to our drop-off location in Maastricht if you don't want to use a third party service.
